•Chemical peels or laser treatments
•Botox or injections

•Drinking alcohol in excess, as it may lead to slow healing of wounds
AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS:
It is essential that you follow these instructions after your microblading treatment:
Day 1
– Let it heal dry and don't touch until Day 2.
Days 2-14:
-Wash your hands with a disinfectant soap before washing your eyebrows and/or applying the post care cream.
-Make a lather in your hands with a gentle face wash (Cetaphil is recommended) and gently wash your brows, being careful to not be abrasive or irritate the healing skin.
-Rinse and pat brows dry with a clean towel and let them air-dry completely.
-Gently apply a thin layer of post care ointment with a cotton swab.
*Keep showers under 15 minutes. Keep your face away from the shower head to avoid splashing water on brows.
*Itching and flaking may appear during the first seven days post microblading procedure. During this time resist the urge to peel the flaking skin. Instead apply a small amount of post care ointment to soothe it.
*The healing of deeper wounds might last between 14-21 days.
What to expect during and after your microblading session:
Your newly microbladed eyebrows will go through several phases during the healing cycle.
The pigment will appear very sharp and dark immediately after the procedure. This is because the pigment is still sitting on top of your skin and has not yet settled in completely. The color of the pigment will soften gradually. Do not be alarmed if you see some pigment come off with flaking skin, as this is excess pigment.
Once completely healed, always apply a layer of sunscreen SPF 30 and up to your eyebrows when going into the sun. Excessive sun exposure might cause the color pigment to fade away more quickly.
